If you have a specific design you are wanting on your sweatshirt, please email a picture to km.countless@gmail.com after purchase. If we have any questions, we will get in touch with you.

-We can possibly get 4XL if you are looking to get a bigger size. Please just send me a message before order placement. Also, note that due to the larger size there will be an additional cost of product.

- We have two different options of brands we will be using depending on what is available at time of purchase. Please note that colors may slightly vary. We will be using Gildan and Jerzees brands.(Unisex)

-My current processing time for orders to be shipped could take up to 3 weeks.

There are times where a certain shirt color is sold out and I am unable to get it. If this happens, I will message you.

We can either choose a different shirt color, wait until it gets back in stock, or I can issue a refund to you.

-There are NO RETURNS! If there are any manufacturer defects in the shirt that I may have missed, please send me a message. I am only human and may miss something by mistake.
